How it works
Because funding is government-backed, criteria is set by national guidelines—usually based on household income, benefits, or your home’s energy rating. We handle the paperwork to see if you qualify.
A retrofit assessment survey identifies the exact energy-saving upgrades your property qualifies for under government guidelines. Once completed, we refer your project directly to our on-boarded local contractors who complete an in-depth technical survey prior to project approval.
Following project approval, your home upgrades are fitted only by approved, certified contractors. Every step of the installation is overseen by an expert Retrofit Coordinator, ensuring perfect quality, full compliance, and zero stress for you.
After the work is done, we conduct a post-installation inspection and update your EPC to prove your energy savings. Your property is officially lodged with TrustMark for ultimate consumer protection. Finally our partners (Cosy Homes Advice Team) provide tailored, 1-on-1 guidance to help you master your new clean energy systems.
