Funding criteria for Lancashire residents
The funding criteria varies by grant, if you're a homeowner, private tenant or landlord. The criteria can include:
- Household income
- EPC rating
- Postcode
- Receipt of means-tested benefits
If you're on either of the following benefits, you may automatically qualify for grants (if the property qualifies):
- Universal Credit
- Child Tax Credit/Working Tax Credit
- Pension Credit
- Income-Based Job Seekers allowance
- Income Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
Please note that the guidelines for some of our funding are set by the Government and any flexibility outside these rules is very limited.
All funding is subject to a survey, and only measures that are suitable for your property and work within the funding rules will be offered to you.
